Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC US LLC is a leading provider of ductless and VRF systems, and they are seeking a Data Analyst to join their enterprise analytics team. This role will support various functional teams with analytics education, best practices, and complex analyses to drive business growth.
Work with various functional analysts and related stakeholders to help them build insight-driven analyses that will add value to our business
Serve as the subject matter expert on our analytics technological ecosystem
Find opportunities for productivity improvements through data process automation
Provide support for complex analyses and special projects as assigned
Advocating data literacy and analytics best practices
Building dashboards and data workflows for enterprise solutions
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Associate’s Degree or Equivalent Work Experience
2 years of experience in an analyst role
Strong analytical and problem-solving experience
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Skilled at tailoring technical concepts to suit users of all experience levels
Demonstrated self-starter who proactively identify new value-add opportunities
Team player demonstrating METUS core values including a desire to win together, deliver excellence, drive sustainability, focus on execution and learn continuously.
Preferred
Proficiency with Alteryx data automation technology strongly preferred
Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, ThoughtSpot or similar
