Responsibilities

Data Collection and Cleaning: Gather data from various sources and ensure its accuracy and completeness.
Data Analysis: Use statistical techniques and software tools to analyze data and identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Reporting: Create reports and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders, including executives and team members.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide insights that support their goals.
Database Management: Design and maintain databases and data systems to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business decisions.
Manage and maintain SharePoint sites to ensure effective collaboration and information sharing.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular data quality checks.
Automate data collection and reporting processes to improve efficiency.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in data analytics and visualization.

Qualification

Required

Bachelor’s degree in statistics, data science, or a related field required.
2+ years' experience in data analysis, data engineering, or a related field
Experience with statistical programs such as JMP or MiniTAB
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret complex data sets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
