As a Data Analyst, you’ll manage specific data and reporting to assist management in maximizing resources across various departments, while conducting data analysis and developing reports to provide insights into operational impacts and trends.
Conducting data analysis in support of analytic solutions
Capturing, developing, and documenting data definitions, business rules, and data quality requirements
Integrating data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements
Developing reports and deliverables for management and communicating with all levels of stakeholders
Identifying and defining data quality improvements
Creating and maintaining report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports and other end-user information portals or resources
Ensuring compliance with deliverable reporting requirements by performing quality data audits and analysis
Qualification
Required
Experience: Data analysis and reporting or related experience: 2 years or more
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
Technical skills: Demonstrated knowledge of SQL; knowledge of Microsoft software applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
Abilities: Work independently, as well as in a collaborative team environment; quickly identify business problems & opportunities; manage multiple projects simultaneously; effective written and verbal communication skills
