Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and meet objectives; perform data collection, analysis, and interpretation to support strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze structured and unstructured data, assess value, and provide expertise in the development of use cases for consumption by command staff
  • Can explain complex, technically difficult information in an easily understood manner to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Educate and mentor on how to effectively use and interpret data, ensuring users can independently derive insights and make informed decisions.
  • Foundational proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
  • Familiarity of machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, scikit-learn, PyTorch)
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., matplotlib) and big data technologies (e.g., Pandas, Spark)
  • Capable of intuitively solving complex problems, working independently, with minimal guidance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Qualification

Required

  • Clearance Needed: TS/SCI

  • 2+ years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; will consider experience in lieu of degree
  • 2+ years’ experience working in a multi-skilled team environment collaborating on data automation
  • Experience working with structured and unstructured data with the ability to automate data processing and analysis tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to convey complex, technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner
  • Strong organizational and planning skills for tracking requests and project fulfillment
  • Active DoD Top Secret-level security clearance with SCI eligibility

Preferred

  • Experience utilizing and applying data visualization tools and techniques
  • Prior military experience supporting US INDOPACOM activities
