UBS is the world’s largest and only truly global wealth manager, and they are seeking a Data Analyst to support instrument data management across their organization. The role involves ensuring data quality, managing data governance, and collaborating with external vendors to resolve data issues.
Apply a broad range of data management skills, from exception management, data quality issue management, and data governance to ensure that data is properly steward, shared and preserved
Support setup and maintenance of financial instrument data used across our organization
Investigate and remediate a wide range of data quality issues varying in complexity
Work closely with external data vendors to resolve data quality issues
Identify and deliver process improvements resulting in increased efficiencies
Support the service execution manager in day-to-day activities and other projects / initiatives
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience with data management, data quality issue management, and data governance
bachelor degree or equivalent focusing on finance, business or similarly related subject
comprehensive understanding of investment banking, asset management or wealth management
strong communicator, from making presentations to technical writing
