They are seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst to ensure the quality, traceability, and integrity of critical data within financial clients' environments, while identifying data risks and establishing data quality frameworks.
Leverage financial services domain expertise and strong analytical skills to ensure the quality, traceability, and integrity of critical data.
Identify data risks, establish data quality frameworks, and implement data lineage solutions to support regulatory compliance and informed decision-making.

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Raleigh, NC or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

At least 2 years of Information Technology experience.
At Least 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within the Financial Services industry.
Strong understanding of financial products, processes, and regulatory requirements.
Proven experience in identifying, analyzing, and resolving data quality issues.
At least 1 years of hands-on experience with data profiling tools and techniques.
Familiarity with data lineage concepts and tools.
Understanding of data risk management principles and methodologies.
Proficiency in SQL and experience querying large datasets.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Preferred
Master's degree in a relevant field.
Experience with data governance frameworks and methodologies.
Familiarity with data catalog tools and metadata management.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL concepts.
Experience with statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, Python).
Relevant certifications (e.g., CDMP, FRM, CFA).
Experience working in an Agile development environment.
