They are seeking a Data Analyst (I/II) – New College Graduate / Early Career to join the Operations team, where the candidate will analyze complex datasets, build dashboards, and deliver insights to drive operational efficiency and support business strategy.
Build and maintain automated data pipelines for applications, dashboards, and performance scorecards
Apply AI-assisted analytics to detect trends, identify risks, and generate actionable insights for improved operational decision-making
Prepare executive-ready presentations with logical structure, clear narratives, and visuals that highlight issues, risks, options, tradeoffs, impacts, and recommended actions for leadership
Prepare and organize analysis materials, metrics, and actionable recommendations to support executive reviews and informed decision-making
Support operational planning, execution rhythms, and leadership communications while collaborating with cross-functional teams on key operational initiatives and executive reviews
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Applied Analytics, or a related field
Strong hands‑on experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, and Python) through coursework, projects, or internships
Familiarity with dashboards, data visualization, automation, and AI‑enabled analytics concepts
Ability to translate data and insights into clear executive narratives, including slide content development, visual design, and logical story flow (e.g., problem → insight → action)
Experience working with business metrics, OKRs, financial data, or operational performance data
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn in a fast‑paced environment
Preferred
Exposure to Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, IBP/S&OP, Gross Margin analytics is a plus
Experience with Tableau, Databricks, and/or Salesforce is a plus
