The Data Analyst, Project Manager II is responsible for supporting R&D OPEX projects and providing relevant project data to ensure adherence to business requirements, while also gathering data to produce reports and forecasts for project performance.
Supports the development and implementation of PMO enterprise system and tools.
Gathers data from project managers, project teams, and generate reports for management teams.
Supports the delivery and tracks changes of project data across the organization.
Engages with stakeholders at all levels including portfolio, program, project managers, and PMO management team to ensure timely provision of accurate information.
Capture, sort, improve, report, and analyze collected data for the PMO and Key Stakeholders as needed.
Ability to build effective working relationships across diverse teams and constructively challenge project information.
Monitor projects to ensure quality data is captured and accurately reported.

Qualification
Required
BS/BA in Business, Data Analytics, Information System with 2+ years of project management experience, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
Proficiency with tracking and reporting tools, experience with large data sets and business tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, SAS)
Experience analyzing large data sets
Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
Understanding of a project lifecycle and methodologies
Demonstrated track record of establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills, adept at navigating organizational challenges and possess the ability to work through others and accomplish objectives
Capable of performing under the pressure of multiple competing deadlines while maintaining a cooperative and constructive working relationship with others
Outstanding verbal & written communication skills
High level of enthusiasm, motivation, and drive for results
