Responsibilities

Participates in the execution and implementation of approved data definitions, policies, standards, process data access, and dashboard statistics.
Supports requests to change configurations, use, or design of data elements for specific area of influence. Conducts testing and user acceptance of new system functionality.
Analyzes and identifies data sources, data, redundancy, and implements processes to remediate data issues and /or data clean-up efforts.
Supports governance principles, policies, and stewardship within the business.
Assists in the development and distribution of data quality dashboard.
Scopes, resources, and manages data quality initiatives.
Participates in the review of all system enhancements and new technologies for data needs, use, and redundancies.

Qualification

Required

Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline.
Generally 2-5 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 2-4 years of experience in a related field.
Certification is required in some areas.

Preferred

Commerce & Supply Chain Analytics: Experience analyzing performance metrics, identifying trends, and implementing data-driven recommendations to optimize business outcomes.
Data Governance & Quality: Expertise in executing governance policies, maintaining data integrity, and managing clean-up and remediation processes.
SQL & Data Manipulation: Strong ability to write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries; proficiency in Regex for text parsing and data extraction. Python experience for data analysis and automation is a plus.
Reporting & Visualization: Proven ability to produce reports, create dashboards, and leverage tools like Tableau or Adobe Analytics to present insights.
Collaboration & Communication: Strong analytical skills with experience managing data initiatives, working cross-functionally, and effectively communicating findings through reports and presentations.
Results-Driven & Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset and a focus on driving business impact through data.
