The Data Management Analyst will serve as the primary internal-customer contact and data owner, supporting high-impact business disciplines related to employee score carding and incentive compensation, while managing data organization and governance.
Work collaboratively with stakeholders to design, develop, implement, and support various incentive compensation plans and processes that meet business objectives
Perform end-to-end plan administration/execution of incentive compensation plans including: target setting, payment calculation, pay statement creation/distribution, plan analysis, and reporting
Design and implement data transformation models/engines using SQL, DBT, Snowflake and/or Python
Leverage data between various interfaces, warehouses and reporting systems to develop KPI dashboards, incentive payment calculations, reports, and presentations
Develop, update, and maintain procedural documentation and controls to ensure policy compliance and payment accuracy
Support leadership and stakeholder partners in providing ongoing evaluation and ad hoc analytics related to incentive compensation plans; drive recommendations for improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or other highly quantitative field of study
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of: MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Snowflake, DBT, Collibra, POSIT
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of: Data transformation and daily table builds/sequencing
High level of written and oral communication skills
Detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis and research methods
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work flow
Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment
Preferred
3+ years of relevant experience preferred
Familiarity with Power BI models and report building a plus
Auto finance knowledge or experience a plus
