Holman is a family-owned, global automotive services organization that offers a unique set of complementary services. The Data Quality Analyst will assist in ensuring data accuracy and consistency, conduct data profiling, and collaborate with teams to support data governance initiatives.
Assist in the development and execution of data quality and validation tasks rules to ensure accuracy and consistency across datasets.
Conduct data profiling to analyze and assess data quality and completeness and work with senior team members to create remediation recommendations.
Maintain and update data catalog systems to facilitate data discovery and metadata management.
Collaborate with business and IT teams to support data governance initiatives.
Gain familiarity with Datatrust and Microsoft Purview to support catalog and data validation efforts.
Develop basic knowledge of relational data models to support data mapping and validation efforts.
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Eagerness to learn data governance best practices.
1-3 years’ experience.
Breadth and depth of expertise in a technical or functional area; knowledge of work processes and tools is generally limited to own area of responsibility or department.
Collecting and analyzing raw data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and other helpful information.
