Responsibilities

  • Leverage advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI techniques to analyze large datasets, uncover trends, and derive insights for the business
  • Design, execute, and measure A/B and multivariate experiments with statistical rigor
  • Develop, validate, and deploy predictive models and AI-powered solutions to optimize product strategies
  • Create compelling data visualizations, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define objectives, metrics, and data requirements
  • Partner with engineering to enhance data capabilities and infrastructure
  • Educate and empower business partners on analytics best practices and self-service tools
  • Stay current with industry trends in data science, AI, and analytics
  • Recommend innovative solutions to business challenges
  • Deliver actionable insights to support product growth, user engagement, and retention
  • Communicate complex analytical and AI concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences

Qualification

Required

  • 1+ years of experience in data analytics, product analytics, or data science roles
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
  • Proficiency in SQL and advanced analytics tools (Python or R)
  • Hands-on experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery)
  • Experience with BI tools and data visualization (Tableau, Looker)
  • Strong foundation in statistical analysis, experiment design, and measurement
  • Proven ability to communicate complex analytical concepts clearly
  • Experience supporting product, marketing, or digital teams
  • Motivated team player with a passion for innovation and continuous learning
  • Comfortable learning new platforms and technologies

Preferred

  • Master's degree or higher in a quantitative field
  • Experience with machine learning and AI frameworks
  • Ability to develop and deploy predictive models and AI-powered solutions
  • Strong product sense and understanding of user engagement strategies
  • Experience creating dashboards for diverse audiences of technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to educate and influence business partners on analytics best practices
  • Experience driving a data-driven culture in a fast-paced organization
