They are seeking an Operations Research Analyst to support business acquisition efforts through research and analysis of data, development of cost estimating approaches, and advanced quantitative analysis.
Develop estimating factors, regression analysis and estimating relationships from company data
Organize and estimate initial ROM, BPEs, or cost targets for large/complex efforts
Perform data collection, normalization, and analysis
Create metrics and analysis from data sets for business use
Utilize proprietary and commercial models and software tools
Provide data visualization and relational analysis
Develop and manage relationships with technical (engineering) staff
Qualification
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM)
2 years’ combination of cost estimating or modeling, data research and analysis, research engineering, OR 0 years of stated experience with a STEM Master’s Degree
Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to obtain a DoD TS Clearance and or SCI access
Preferred
Active TS and/or SCI clearance
Experience working in space systems programs
Experience with parametric estimating techniques and principles
