Responsibilities

Develop engaging and visually compelling Tableau dashboards that support data-driven decision-making
Analyze data to formulate insightful recommendations that answer complex business questions
Own end-to-end project management of data and reporting requests
Design efficient data queries and workflows using ETL tools such as Alteryx
Research and troubleshoot data-related questions and misinterpretations
Collaborate with teammates on process improvements to our reporting & analytics capabilities
Look for process efficiency opportunities by implementing industry best practices
Perform ad hoc analysis as required

Qualification

Required

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Business Analytics, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field or relevant work experience.
2+ years of Progressively responsible experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related function
Excellent data visualization and storytelling skills using tools such as Tableau
Experience with data wrangling / ETL tools such as Alteryx or Tableau Prep
Track record of successfully implementing business solutions that drive value
Experience telling a business-relevant story backed by analytics to a non-technical audience

Preferred

Working knowledge of big data technologies and analytics platforms like Snowflake
Some ability and experience with SQL, Python or similar scripting languages is a plus
