Responsibilities

  • Assist VP of Accounts and Programs and project managers in tracking schedules, milestones, and deliverables of development projects.
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document outcomes.
  • Maintain project dashboards and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage project records, contracts, permits, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance and adherence to customer requirements and expectations.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as a central point of contact between some internal stakeholders, operations, procurement, engineering, and clients.
  • Coordinate site visits and inspections
  • Support communication flow across cross-functional teams.
  • Assist in monitoring project budgets, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Track resource allocation and identify risks or bottlenecks.
  • Support procurement processes for equipment and services.
  • Contribute to the development of standardized project management practices.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Administer and become an expert on software applications which support Sales, Project Management and more.
  • Participate in project/product design meetings and propose improvements as needed.
  • Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions.
  • Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information.
  • Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track.
  • Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and Stored.
  • Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails.
  • Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualification

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in data centers, construction, or technology infrastructure.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with data center development, construction processes, or IT infrastructure is a strong asset.
