Rockwell Automation is a global technology leader focused on enhancing productivity and sustainability in manufacturing. They are seeking candidates for their EDGE rotational program, which offers new graduates the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various technology and analytics development areas. Participants will complete four six-month project assignments to build their knowledge of Rockwell Automation products and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Complete four six-month project assignments designed to build knowledge of Rockwell Automation products, processes, and technical skills.
  • Perform in a full-time professional capacity throughout the program.
  • Participate in technology development or analytics development program track based on interests and skillsets.

Qualification

Required

  • Graduating or graduated with a Bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university prior to the start date (~June/July 2026).
  • Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or anytime in the future.

Preferred

  • Graduating with a Bachelor's or advanced degree in Information Sciences, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar from an accredited college or university in December 2025 or Spring 2026.
  • Experience working in a business setting (e.g., internship, co-op or professional)
  • A passion for technology, process improvement and innovation
  • Proven teamwork collaboration
  • Ability to work with complex systems to analyze data input and process flows.
  • Foundational understanding of AI concepts (machine learning, natural language processing, generative & Agentic AI) and their practical applications in IT
  • Ability to use enterprise approved AI tools/platforms (i.e. Co-Pilot, Github, Claude, Windsurf) to improve productivity and automation
  • Awareness of responsible AI practices, including data privacy, security, and compliance.
  • Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams on AI-related initiatives or digital transformation efforts.
  • Adaptability and continuous learning: The AI landscape is rapidly evolving, requiring IT professionals to continuously learn new technologies and advancements.
