The Data Analyst student will support data and business analytics projects related to facilities, work plant conditions, environmental and energy initiatives while applying academic coursework to drive results.

Qualification
Required
* Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Data Analytics, Informatics, Math/Statistics, Information Technology or similar discipline at an accredited university
* Ability to work 24 hours per week during the school year and up to 40 hours in the summer
Preferred
* Exposure to Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or similar enterprise collaboration and automation tools
* Currently a Freshman or Sophomore at an accredited university at the time of hire
* Strong data analysis skills
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite applications
* Knowledge and/or experience in business analytics applications (Power BI, Qlik Sense)
* Knowledge and/or experience in SAP
* Strong interest in the automotive industry and new technologies
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Must exhibit strong leadership characteristics
* Creative and innovative thinking
