Responsibilities

Develop and implement analytical skills by providing research into analytic capabilities
Producing insights and providing consultative services
Leveraging our data and analytic expertise to ultimately power quality and intelligent decisions in managing the business
Financial reporting
Risk control and delegation capabilities
Participate in a 10-week seminar style training of both business information and technical skills
Build and apply models of Single-Family and Multifamily loan performance and valuation
Perform sensitivity analyses to help inform senior management planning
Provide estimates of the impacts of alternative strategic initiatives
Establish, monitor and report on business performance by leveraging enterprise data to identify emerging risks and trends
Enhance the company’s risk analytics and capabilities using innovative and predictive capabilities
Review model application implementation and data processing in various technology platforms

Qualification

Required

Be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Strong analytical background
Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to contribute to a team atmosphere
Demonstrated research and problem-solving skills
Self-starter, strong business acumen, and results focused
Superior communication skills, both oral and written
Fluency and aptitude with technology applications
Bachelor's degree or higher obtained between December 2019 and August 2020
