Responsibilities

  • Be the primary Point of Contact for data analytics projects in ADP
  • Collaborate with program teams to enable usage of tools and dashboards in program space
  • Develop, automate, deploy, and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau for finance, operations, and executive audiences
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of finance processes through automation and analytics best practices

Qualification

Required

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Experience in Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, Macros, advanced formulas)
  • Hands‑on experience building visualizations in Tableau (dashboards, calculated fields, parameters)
  • Experience with relational databases and SQL (basic SELECT, JOIN, aggregation)
  • Security Clearance: Secret

Preferred

  • Exposure to ERP systems (e.g., SAP, LDW, Cobra, ADAR) or other financial data sources
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear, concise business recommendation, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present findings to non‑technical stakeholders
  • Exposure to Continuous Improvement activities
  • Understanding of core accounting concepts (GAAP, revenue recognition, expense categorization)
  • Experience with statistical tools (R, Python, or SAS) is a plus
  • Demonstrated curiosity, continuous‑learning attitude, and comfort working in a fast‑paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs
  • Experience with EVMS, CAM working knowledge, SharePoint, business objects, confluence, and Jira
