The Graduate Data Analytics Engineer role involves collaborating with technical teams to manage and analyze data, ensuring compliance and data integrity within a mining context.
Collaborate with technical groups, operations, and integrated planning teams
Collect, manage, and convert data sources into formats that can be securely stored, visualized, and maintained with proper governance and cyber security compliance
Be involved in analysis of large data sets on mining and process system performance against benchmarks and assisting in data integrity projects and initiatives.

To be eligible for the Graduate program, you must have completed your studies within the last two years (2024, 2025) or working towards graduation in 2026.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data engineering, Data Science, Computer Science or other related field
Less than two years of relevant work experience (local and international)
Exposure to large complex industrial environments with various data collection systems
Understanding of relational databases and a working knowledge of development best practice
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Enthusiasm to collaborate with different teams in unique environments
Valid driving license
To be eligible, you must have the right to work full-time in the United States.
Preferred
Experience or academic work in languages such as SQL or Python is preferred
Experience with SSIS package development and deployment preferred
Working knowledge of tools like Microsoft Excel, Power BI or Tableau, and PowerApps is a plus
