Boston Scientific is seeking a Graduate Deployment Analytics Analyst to provide deployment intelligence through analytics, reporting automation, readiness insights, and AI-enabled decision support. The role develops dashboards and performance scorecards, analyzes deployment readiness and metrics, and supports reporting and deployment solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop deployment readiness dashboards using Power BI or other visualization tools
Analyze deployment metrics and trends
Support executive reporting and the preparation of PowerPoint presentations
Analyze readiness progression
Support the product owner in identifying major deployment challenges and developing technical solutions
Create deployment performance scorecards
Develop Power BI dashboards
Create automated reporting processes
Support key performance indicator standardization
Validate AI-generated reports

Qualification

Required

Hons Bachelor Degree (Level 8) in engineering or science is essential
Graduated within the past two years or currently in the final year of university
Relevant work experience or completion of a co-op program, ideally within or knowledge of industrial engineering and supply chain analytics
Eligibility to work in Ireland
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the initiative to contribute in a collaborative environment
Strong systems aptitude and an interest in developing technical skills, interest in information systems
Enthusiastic, proactive approach to learning and problem-solving
Interest in medical technology, manufacturing, product development or continuous improvement
Strong analytics, data science and statistical skills
