The Graduate GIS Consultant will support mapping, geospatial data analysis, reporting, dataset management and project delivery while helping improve the use of GIS technology across client projects.

Responsibilities

Respond to mapping requests across the business and produce clear, accurate outputs
Source, prepare and analyse data to create graphics, metrics and reports
Use Survey123, Dashboards and Insights to build internal applications that support client delivery
Capture, update and maintain datasets for internal and external use
Assist on data-heavy projects and support the wider GIS team as needed
Help develop our use of GIS technology, including new tools and approaches to improve quality and efficiency

Qualification

Required

You'll need a minimum 2:1 BSc in GIS, environmental sciences or geographical sciences
knowledge of GIS software or equivalent experience
Knowledge of UK environmental and Ordnance Survey datasets
Security clearance suitability is essential

Preferred

Experience with the ESRI stack, especially ArcGIS Pro, Survey123, Field Maps and AGOL, is highly desirable
strong communication, presentation, organisation and time management skills
