Responsibilities

Coordinates with other analytics, IT and business areas across the organization to ensure work is completed with insights from knowledge SMEs
Uses their experience of data, modeling, optimization, and tools
Apply disciplined analytics to predict behavior and improve programs and products to maximize revenue growth
Working with pharmacy claims data
Evaluating clinical programs, specifically those focused on member outreach and medication regimens
Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receive guidance where needed
Follow established guidelines/procedures

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree
2-5 years of data analysis experience
At least 2 years of Python/SQL experience
Experience with using data to drive business outcomes and decisions
Able to articulate and present findings and insights to business partners
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences

Preferred

Advanced Degree
Preferred technologies such as Databricks and Power BI
