The Campbell's Company is a long-established leader in the food industry, known for its iconic brands. The Insights Analyst will drive data strategy for the North America Foodservice business unit by delivering actionable insights that inform strategic planning and sales execution, while collaborating with various teams to ensure effective data usage.
Own and manage the standardized reporting suite and update process for all sales reporting
Handle tactical, ad hoc reporting requests such as stocking matrices and customer meeting support
Advise on the development of standardized reporting tools based on organizational data needs
Serve as the subject matter expert on internal and external data systems
Provide analytical tools to support corporate accounts through price increases and assess business impact
Deliver ROI analysis for promotions and limited-time offers (LTOs)
Support segment scorecarding and quarterly business reviews with strategic insights
Develop slot tracking tools with built-in triggers and assortment recommendations based on category trends and margin
Qualification
Required
Bachelor’s Degree
Exceptional analytical skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task and manage short timelines
Creative problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in data visualization
Experience with Power BI
Preferred
Ability to interpret and analyze data from multiple, unrelated sources
Comfort working in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment
