They are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data and Compliance Specialist to support their Public Sector sales and contracts team, responsible for conducting audits and managing data reporting related to sales performance and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Contract Program Audits: Conduct internal audits on Lenovo held contracts to ensure compliance to contract requirements and internal policies and procedures.
  • Ad Hoc Audit: Manage any ad hoc audit requirements.
  • Data Collection Reporting: Pull and analyze sales and contract-related data from internal systems, ensuring accuracy before submission on a monthly, quarterly, or other required basis.
  • Ad-Hoc Reporting: Respond to urgent data requests by quickly extracting and analyzing relevant datasets as needed.
  • Data Validation Accuracy: Verify data integrity, troubleshoot inconsistencies, and communicate findings to relevant teams.
  • Report Submission Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports in compliance with public sector contract requirements.
  • Dashboard Development: Create and maintain Excel-based reports and Power BI dashboards to visualize key metrics and trends.
  • Data Archive Management: Maintain an organized repository of historical reports and data calls for easy retrieval and reference.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, contracts, and compliance teams to ensure data alignment and support decision-making processes.

Qualification

Required

  • 2+ years of full-time, relevant work experience
  • Bachelor's or Masters degree in business or related field

Preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros)
  • Fluent in Power BI (dashboard creation, data modeling)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills to present data insights clearly and concisely
  • Familiarity with public sector contracts or sales reporting is a plus but not required
