Responsibilities

  • Analyze trends, volume, and demographics for multiple key mission critical programs
  • Track complaints and data from multiple intake channels; log and summarize cases in web-based systems.
  • Enter and manage agency-related data in Tableau for statistical analysis and reporting.
  • Identify trends across data sources, support the development of business insights, and help streamline operations.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to support predictive modeling and compliance efforts.
  • Utilize CRM tools and RAD applications, perform technical writing, and assist in process mapping and workflow documentation.
  • Provide data entry, reporting, and analysis for case management and intake systems in a secure environment.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration with field and HQ personnel and provide data for executive decision-making.

Qualification

Required

  • US Citizenship is required (required by the federal government for this position).
  • Must be able to obtain a DHS Public Trust clearance.
  • MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.), as this work is for a federal contract and laws do apply.
  • 2+ Years experience in data analysis and a Bachelors Degree OR associate degree and 3+ years of related experience; OR 5+ years of related experience without a degree.
  • 1+ years experience in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • 1+ Years experience conducting database searches and summarizing findings under tight deadlines.
  • 1+ years experience working with ServiceNow as an end-to-end Case Management System.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Critical thinking and analytical capabilities for programmatic and operational reporting.
  • Attention to detail in reviewing and entering sensitive government data.
  • Familiarity with predictive analytics and data visualization in tools like Tableau.
  • Detail-oriented tendencies with excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and internal teams professionally.

Preferred

  • Strong reading comprehension, writing, and communication skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Knowledge of immigration law or prior experience in law enforcement environments.
  • Ability to read and comprehend English and Spanish documentation.
  • Active DHS public trust; OR an active public trust at any agency
