Michelin is a world-leading manufacturer of tires and components, seeking a Junior Programmer Analyst to join their IT Industrial team in Woodburn, Indiana. The role involves managing the life cycle of data, collaborating with engineers to implement solutions, and assisting in the development of digitization processes.
Apply methods and practices to manage the full life cycle of data from creation or acquisition to disposal
Analyze problems and issues
Handle resolutions and corrective actions or raises issues as needed
Guide others in using data and associated information systems
Request for data quality rules evolution to improve data quality.
Recommend and steer action plan to improve data quality
Manage all or part of developing internal website solutions displaying and reporting data from start to finish.
Front-end and back-end work on existing website, as well as developing new solutions to address new processes or new solutions.
Qualification
Required
B.S. Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or Data Science
Good communication abilities, embodying integrity while engaging with external partners, suppliers, customers, and colleagues across different levels within the organization.
Proficient in use of html / CSS / JavaScript / C# / JAVA.
Interest in automation, machine learning/AI, and cloud computing.
Strong teamwork, leadership, and organizational skills.
Attention to detail, data accuracy
Comfortable working with Business Process Owners to identify issues and develop solutions
