As a Lab Data Analyst I, you will manage and analyze laboratory data to support clinical research studies, ensuring data accuracy and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Collecting, organizing, and analyzing laboratory data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
Maintaining and updating databases, performing regular data validation and quality control checks
Assisting in the preparation of reports, charts, and presentations to communicate data findings to stakeholders
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support data management and reporting needs for clinical research projects
Contributing to the development and improvement of data collection, management, and analysis processes to enhance efficiency and data quality
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as data science, statistics, biology, or chemistry
0-2 years of experience in data analysis or a related role, preferably in a laboratory or clinical research environment
Proficiency in data management and analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, or data visualization software
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to handle and analyze large datasets accurately
Good communication and teamwork abilities, with a proactive approach to supporting team goals and project deadlines
Willingness to travel as required (approximately 10%)
