Constructing a unified seller satisfaction score and optimizing it relentlessly.
Improving seller acquisition, driving seller growth, and minimizing seller attrition.
Setting proper goals for existing top-tier sellers and establishing a system to monitor the performance at a regular basis.
Collaborating with data science teams to develop models that forecast seller attrition, identify, and understand early warning signals, and devise strategies to counter attrition behaviors.
Qualification
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field
2 years' experience in data analytics or related field OR 4 years' experience in data analytics or related field
Preferred
Certificate in business analytics, data mining, or statistical analysis
