Design, build, and maintain end‑to‑end Tableau solutions
Define, track, and evolve key performance indicators (KPIs)
Perform data‑driven analysis
Present findings in stakeholder‑friendly formats

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
Experience designing, building, and maintaining end‑to‑end Tableau solutions
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, Power Query, Power Pivot) and familiarity with advanced functions or VBA
Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of presenting complex findings to both technical and non‑technical audiences
Ability to create clear, concise reports, dashboards, and visual stories that drive decision‑making
Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams (finance, marketing, operations, product, etc.) to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Proficient skill level with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
Ability to work a flexible schedule
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance
Preferred
Relevant certifications (e.g., Tableau Desktop Specialist, Microsoft Power BI, Google Data Analytics, SAS Base, or Certified Analytics Professional) are a plus
1–3 years of professional experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related role (internships or academic projects count)
Self‑starter with strong time‑management and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn new technologies and methods
Prior Mechanical or Electrical quality engineering experience developing and reviewing quality standards, methods, work instructions and procedures for the inspection of manufactured and procured products
Able to interpret drawings and specifications to develop and apply quality test, inspection methods and work instructions
Demonstrated ability to use causal analysis tools
Experience in disposition of non-conforming products

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays.
Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
