Responsibilities

Support daily and weekly data QA/QC processes using existing systems
Collaborate across departments to understand business priorities and project interdependencies
Analyze and visualize data to inform decisions and measure ROI
Assist in program/project management and tool development
Learn and adapt quickly to new technical tools and business domains

Qualification

Required

Detail-focused with a knack for seeing how small pieces fit into broader business goals
Confident, hardworking, and comfortable navigating an unconstrained role
Strong Excel skills; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI)
Familiarity with SQL or other relational databases; Python exposure is a plus
Exposure to CRM systems; Salesforce is a plus
Experience in QA/QC, project management, or consulting-style environments
Proactive learner with the ability to self-teach technical tools and business processes
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline
