Stellantis is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data & Analytics Specialist to support the regional field operations team. This role serves as the central source of truth for data, reporting, and insights across the region, driving performance through data-driven decision-making and effective communication.
Own and maintain regional data sets, dashboards, and reporting tools to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility
Analyze performance metrics and trends to provide actionable insights that support strategic initiatives and operational improvements
Build compelling PowerPoint decks for leadership reviews, field meetings, and HQ updates, translating complex data into clear visual narratives
Serve as the primary data liaison between regional field staff, Area Managers, and HQ analytics teams
Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and improve data workflows across the region
Track KPIs across retail, wholesale, and operational metrics, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to support business decisions
Support the adoption and usage of analytics platforms and reporting tools within the field team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Information Systems, or related field
2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence (automotive industry preferred)
Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience working with field operations or regional teams
Familiarity with Mopar systems and performance metrics
Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other data manipulation tools
