Support market-making activities across stocks, forex, futures, and options
Overseeing the activity and updates of the automated trading systems
Looking for anomalous activity and tuning input parameters to control the activity
Qualification
Required
At least a bachelor's degree (a science, economics, or engineering degree, with math, physics, or computer science preferred). A master's or PhD degree would be a plus
Self-motivated and able to handle tasks with minimal supervision
Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent collaboration and communication (Verbal and written) skills
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Preferred
Options trading experience, especially options market making experience
Data analysis using Python libraries (e.g., Pandas, Statsci)
