The Project Manager, Site Personalization will lead initiatives to create tailored online experiences, collaborating with various teams to implement personalization strategies that enhance customer engagement.
Lead the execution of site personalization initiatives, ensuring tailored experiences for diverse customer segments and industries
Collaborate with internal partners—including Product, Analytics, Merchandising, Marketing, and Sales teams —to align personalization strategies and drive impactful outcomes
Assist with developing and launching personalized site content, leveraging data and customer insights
Use analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, FullStory, etc.) to pull metrics, analyze performance, and provide actionable recommendations for ongoing optimization
Assist with drafting wireframes and concepts for personalized experiences, ensuring alignment with business goals, best practices, and customer needs
Design and manage A/B and multivariate testing to optimize personalization tactics and measure impact
Share strategies and results with cross-functional teams to gain stakeholder support and drive adoption of personalization best practices
Maintain schedules, processes, and documentation for personalization campaigns, coordinating across multiple projects and priorities
Conduct competitive audits to identify emerging personalization trends and ensure Staples Business remains best-in-class
Escalate issues that could impact timelines, goals, or cross-team collaboration
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 2+ years of experience within eCommerce, marketing, or digital marketing, with a focus on site personalization
Previous CMS experience required
Strong analytics mindset; comfortable pulling, interpreting, and presenting metrics to inform decision-making
Highly detail-oriented, with strong skills in organizing, prioritizing, and managing multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality
Ability to pivot strategies swiftly in response to new information and/or market shifts
Ability to build relationships and proactively assess business needs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven experience working cross-functionally
Preferred
Experience with Adobe products (such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager) is a plus
