Responsibilities

Develop and maintain tools to capture and monitor office performance
Conduct data and business process analyses on an ad-hoc basis
Create data visualization tools
Support development of strategic planning initiatives
Assist Chief Performance Officer with administrative tasks as needed
Conduct industry research
Support MTA’s participation in benchmarking groups

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Understanding of relational database architecture and management

Preferred

Proficiency in scripting language such as R or Python a plus
Proficiency in SQL a plus
Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau or other data visualization software a plus
Authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship, now or in the future
