IXL Learning is the country's largest EdTech company, seeking a detail-oriented Publishing Data Coordinator to join their dynamic publishing team. The role involves ensuring the timely delivery of digital content and metadata, as well as providing state-specific Extended Producer Responsibility data to retailers and government agencies.
Create, validate, and maintain internal and external product data, such as title, copy, bullets, testing and compliance, dimensions, and weights
Ensure data adheres to internal and external product data standards
Compile product data and content for purposes such as populating trading partner templates, uploading image files, and creating and maintaining item detail pages for eCommerce sites
Oversee the collection and distribution of product environmental data to comply with state-specific reporting requirements, such as recycling/sustainability features, and prop65 information
Track and report on the overall progress of projects to the team and its collaborating members
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Skilled in Excel (able to use PivotTables, conditional formatting, utilizing lookup functions, and creating data validation lists, and using advanced formulas) and Google Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be organized and able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment
Must be motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player
Preferred
1-2 years of database experience preferred
Working knowledge of Product Information Management systems (PIM) such as Salsify is a plus
Working knowledge of Channel Management Platforms such as Rithum is a plus
Working knowledge of database platforms such as Filemaker is a plus
