Responsibilities

Manage multiple projects
Develop reporting deliverables
Conduct data analysis using SQL, Excel, and statistical analysis software
Produce established and recurring custom reports for customers
Investigate and resolve data discrepancies
Analyze data and determine conclusions based on findings
Ensure exceptional customer experience with internal and external customers
Assist with education on guidelines, background, and best practices
Communicate complex statistical knowledge and processes to stakeholders
Assist customers in applying basic performance improvement techniques

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's Degree required. Preference in social sciences, applied statistics or other research-oriented field
Technical background with an analytical mindset
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
