Sales Planning and Analytics Analyst

The Sales Planning and Analytics Analyst will support the Customer Center of Excellence and the Selling organization by managing sales team cadence, developing reporting tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales team business management cadence, supporting preparation and execution of planning meetings between Sales, Revenue Growth Management, Category Management, Route to Market, and Channel Strategy teams
  • Help develop and distribute agendas, reset timelines, and distribution templates
  • Build and maintain tools/reports that directly feed from multiple data files/tables to deliver consistency in distribution tracking and reporting across teams
  • Support/manage MyDay Oracle training, promotion communication & SOP, summarization, and communication of key actions and plan updates
  • Support tracking and stewardship of the Enterprise Data Strategy budget, helping ensure purchased data maximizes value across the organization
  • Assist in vendor relationship management tasks, including tracking vendor performance against KPIs
  • Maintain effective cross‑functional working relationships across departments, including across Sales, Revenue Growth Management, Category Management, Route to Market, and Channel Strategy teams
  • Bring a strong work ethic and positive attitude to daily responsibilities

Qualification

Required

  • 2–5 years of experience in analytics, reporting, automation, or related fields; CPG experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Alteryx, and Power BI
  • Strong proactivity, intellectual curiosity, and drive for continuous improvement
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills; project management experience is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; presentation and storytelling skills are a plus
  • Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and able to perform well in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
