Raymond James Investment Management is focused on leveraging technology and data to enhance their sales and marketing efforts. They are seeking a Salesforce Analyst to support digital solutions, analytics, and platform optimization while collaborating with various teams to generate data insights and improve user experiences.
Develop an understanding of the business structure, internal and industry data sets, operational and technical design to help build and maintain actionable solutions for sales and marketing using Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Salesforce Maps, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Support data use cases helping to identify data trends and segment audiences to promote client engagement strategies through sales and marketing. Participate in go-to-market activities with sales and marketing under guidance from senior team members.
Help prepare and present data insights to business partners. Use data visualization, Salesforce workflows, and automation tools to make insights understandable, actionable, and impactful.
Contribute to a data-driven culture by supporting process optimization and automation efforts in collaboration with the team.
Build partnerships across the organization by working with business partners and subject matter experts to understand needs and apply technical capabilities to improve user experience.
Engage in continuous learning of Salesforce technologies, Tableau, and the investment management industry.

Salesforce Financial Services & Sales Cloud, Salesforce Maps, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Client Experience Cloud, Agentforce AI (experience with one or more is preferred).
Tableau and Tableau Prep, or other visualization and data blending tools.
Basic proficiency in languages for data management, mining, and manipulation (e.g., SQL).

Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
One (1) to three (3) years of experience in working with Salesforce technologies, Tableau, revenue operations, or digital marketing.
Preferred
Understanding of investment management or financial services industry.
Tableau and Salesforce certifications are a plus but not required.
