Responsibilities

Partner with IT and Compliance teams to scope and deliver AI, BI, and analytics projects
Apply advanced techniques (AI, GenAI, visualization, BI) from design through deployment
Build dashboards and craft compelling data stories to communicate insights effectively
Deploy AI solutions and automation tools into production and monitor performance
Identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency across compliance processes
Contribute to training and upskilling compliance staff on emerging technologies and best practices

Qualification

Required

Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or equivalent experience
2+ years in AI, analytics, or BI projects, including automation and data-driven solutions
Proven ability to manage end-to-end projects in cross-functional environments
Strong skills in data transformation, ETL, and process improvement
Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management abilities
Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and work on diverse project types

Preferred

Proficiency in Python and libraries for AI and analytics (e.g., scikit-learn, transformers, TensorFlow, LangChain, pandas)
Strong SQL and advanced Excel; experience with visualization tools (Tableau, QuickSight)
Hands-on experience with AI/GenAI techniques and business intelligence platforms
Familiarity with AWS services (SageMaker, QuickSight, Q for Business) and cloud-based analytics
Ability to handle large datasets and structured/unstructured data
Strong data storytelling skills to present insights to stakeholders
