Service Engagement Data Analyst - Global Robotics Service and Support

Responsibilities

  • Develops, inspects, mines, transforms, and models data to raise productivity, improve decision making, and gain competitive advantage.
  • Maintains analytical systems, verifies the accuracy of the data, and acts as a liaison to the business to build strong business partnerships across a complex matrix organization
  • Translate business requirements into insightful analytics
  • Provides analytics training and direction to stakeholders
  • Assist in the tracking and management of the GRSS budget
  • Conduct Voice-of-Customer work in international environments with up to C-Suite customers
  • Manages projects efficiently and delivers on all requirements on-time
  • Other duties as assigned/requested by management

Qualification

Required

  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in data analysis OR an advanced degree with 0+ years of experience in data analysis

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field with 2+ years of medical device data analysis experience
  • Medical devices industry experience with experience interacting with customers directly
  • Experienced with integrating and querying multiple data sets and creating structured data tables
  • Experience managing a large scale budget
  • Demonstrable skills in Microsoft Office products
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience in data visualization tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex information to non-technical audiences, both internally and externally
  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to details and commitment to quality
