In this role as a Data Analyst, you will partner with various teams to analyze large datasets, deliver insights, and support decision-making processes that impact the service experience. You will also create reports and visualizations, communicate findings to stakeholders, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Develops, inspects, mines, transforms, and models data to raise productivity, improve decision making, and gain competitive advantage.
Maintains analytical systems, verifies the accuracy of the data, and acts as a liaison to the business to build strong business partnerships across a complex matrix organization
Translate business requirements into insightful analytics
Provides analytics training and direction to stakeholders
Assist in the tracking and management of the GRSS budget
Conduct Voice-of-Customer work in international environments with up to C-Suite customers
Manages projects efficiently and delivers on all requirements on-time
Other duties as assigned/requested by management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in data analysis OR an advanced degree with 0+ years of experience in data analysis
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field with 2+ years of medical device data analysis experience
Medical devices industry experience with experience interacting with customers directly
Experienced with integrating and querying multiple data sets and creating structured data tables
Experience managing a large scale budget
Demonstrable skills in Microsoft Office products
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Experience in data visualization tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex information to non-technical audiences, both internally and externally
Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong attention to details and commitment to quality
