LPL Financial is among the fastest growing wealth management firms in the U.S. They are seeking a Supervision Performance & Automation Analyst to support projects aimed at automating workflows and enhancing operational efficiency within the Supervision team. The role involves collaboration, process optimization, and leveraging data aggregation tools to improve supervisory processes.
Support and collaborate with more experienced colleagues to deliver large-scale solutions across a variety of projects & initiatives
Jointly participate in projects & tasks while advancing skills in discovery, design, and implementation of process improvements and automated workflows
Optimize processes by conducting stakeholder interviews to compile needs assessment, identify requirements, and support solution design
Conduct data validation and process testing exercises, identifying defects and proposing solutions or workarounds
Work cross-functionality to deliver & implement more efficient workflows by combining backend data sources in Alteryx
Research and resolve unknowns independently by leveraging resources and navigating the organization to obtain information and achieve objectives
Drive continuous improvement by proposing ways to leverage data aggregation tools, automated workflows, or AI to streamline our team’s ability to operate & execute on our initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
1+ years of experience in data sourcing, extraction, or analytics
Experience in Excel, SQL, python, and/or Alteryx
Analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Attention to detail and excellent business judgment with successful track record for working independently
Resourceful problem solver that is able to adapt to changing priorities
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure with commitment to deliver under tight deadlines
Demonstrates work ethic and possesses a natural curiosity with a commitment to continually learn and grow
Written and verbal communication skills with ability to present information in differing degrees of detail and form depending on the audience
Preferred
Knowledge of Supervision, securities licenses a plus (7, 66/63)
Prior experience replacing manual workflows by aggregating data to create automated or more efficient solutions
