Serve as a business and systems resource, implementing technical solutions to business needs
Utilize systems to generate reports and develop and produce requested reports
Collect data and update systems information via manual input or upload
Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs
Document business and systems requirements, define scope and objectives, translate requirements into specifications, and formulate systems to reflect business unit strategies
Provide support, consultation and recommendations to business teams in resolving technical problems
Design SharePoint site as required in support of department initiatives
Offer customer support by addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Provide sales support by assisting the sales team with technical inquiries, preparing sales reports, and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Intermediate computer skills, specifically with SQL, SharePoint, Excel, and Business Objects
Knowledge of commonly used concepts and best practices
Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
1+ years financial services experience required
SIE, Series 52, 7, and 63 registration required, or ability to obtain within a determined time frame from hire date
