They are seeking a full-time Systems Engineer (Combat Systems DevSecOps) - Early Career, responsible for algorithmic design, data analysis, requirements development, modeling and simulation, and software integration and test.
Developing solutions to mathematical and physics-based problems
Ensuring the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into a total system solution that acknowledges technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
Qualification
Required
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or closely related technical field.
Familiar with Software Engineering/Development
Familiar with Software requirements
Familiar with Matlab and/or Python
Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Preferred
Demonstrated interest and ability to learn new tools and technologies and successfully leverage those to successfully complete projects in a timely manner.
Ability to research technical challenges and provide effective solutions.
Knowledge or experience with Unix, Linux, C++, and/or Java
