They are seeking a Technical Support Specialist II to provide expertise in supporting end users and channel partners primarily for their Water Analysis business, leveraging technical knowledge of pH related measurements.

Handle leads from the web and recommend the most cost effective products & solutions
Expand our internal and external Knowledgebase solutions library
Collect data and share current market and customer trends with our Marketing and R&D teams for next generation products and continual improvement
Liaise with Quality teams to quickly identify defects, resolve issues, and assist root cause investigations as needed
Use our Customer Allegiance program to improve our extraordinary support
Provide training, develop Application notes on relevant topics of interest, and update our Water Analysis product collateral and web content
Collaborate with Thermo Fisher colleagues around to world to maintain product quality and promote customer happiness
Qualification
Required
BS/BA in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental, or related science
Minimum of 2 years technical or laboratory experience required
Problem solving, good listening skills, organization, time management
Excellent oral and written communication
Ability to work independently and lead in a team environment
Preferred
Wet chemistry / Water quality
