Responsibilities

Lead development of automated ETL pipelines across ERP and GTM systems
Develop analytics solutions for automated product classification, risk scoring, compliance KPIs, and predictive indicators
Implement automation for entry audits, document validation, and screening workflows
Build dashboards and reporting tools that measure compliance performance
Partner with IT to integrate data solutions and automations into enterprise systems
Lead data‑related initiatives and provide guidance on data strategy and best practices

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Science, or related quantitative field
Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or related fields
Advanced knowledge of Python, R, SQL, and/or data warehouse architectures
Basic understanding of machine learning and AI techniques
Proven experience leading data projects and implementing data solutions
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
