Responsibilities

  • Drive and own end-to-end process, understanding the data requirements and leveraging analytical tools to deliver solutions
  • Develop strategy to integrate complementary data products
  • Collaborate across many cross-functional groups (e.g., analytics, technology, data, risk, compliance, legal) to define business needs and identify effective solutions
  • Develop innovative solutions and review output to measure KPIs
  • Develop ways to leverage data assets to improve overall client experience and satisfaction

Qualification

Required

  • 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field of study; Advance Degree preferred
  • Developing knowledge level of the product development life cycle
  • Exposure to product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
  • Emerging knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
  • Expertise in data mining (SQL, Snowflake, Python) – candidate needs to have the ability to analyze data
  • Data Visualization (Tableau, Quicksight, Power BI, ThoughtSpot)
  • Expertise in leading end to end product development
  • Understanding of application development process; prior programming experience preferred
  • Experience in the payments industry and/or technology-enabled industries
  • Experience in agile methodologies
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work across functions as well as with outside parties to ensure alignment and timely implementation of initiatives
  • Ability to build trust-based relationships
  • Ability to work well within deadlines
  • Executive presence and presentation skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Understanding 'deep data' environments, ideally with a Merchant mindset
  • High achievement orientation with ability to lead and motivate others around results
