The AI Data Science Analyst will support the building, design, testing, and deployment of AI-driven solutions across HR functions, focusing on automation and intelligent agents, while translating HR data into actionable insights.
Support building, design, testing, and deployment of AI-agent driven HR solutions

Translate HR data into insights and assist in AI agent training/evaluation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field
Strong Python or R skills, experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Foundational understanding of data science concepts like machine learning and natural language processing
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) for AI/ML deployment
Curiosity, adaptability, and a desire to grow into AI product development are key
Project management capabilities
Preferred
Advanced degrees (Master’s or PhD) in relevant disciplines are a plus
Microsoft certifications in AI, data analytics, or cloud platforms (e.g., Azure AI Engineer Associate, Power BI Data Analyst Associate) or equivalent certifications.
