They are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst to join their Data Solutions Support Team, responsible for transforming data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions and operational efficiency.
Responsible for creating data/analytical products to provide support to Auto Operations
Design, develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power-BI to support business monitoring and decision making
Write efficient and optimized SQL queries to extract, analyze, and manipulate data from Snowflake and other data sources
Use Python, Power Automate for data wrangling, automation and advanced analytics
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
Perform data validation and quality assurance checks to maintain the accuracy and reliability of reports
Support ad-hoc reporting and data requests using Excel, and other tools as needed
Partner with other data and engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and enhance data infrastructure
Stays current with industry trends and leads development of key data/analytics innovation platforms
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
1+ years of analytical experience required
Proficiency with Power-BI and a strong understanding of data visualization principles
Hands-on experience with SQL and working with large datasets in cloud-based environments such as Snowflake
Familiar with Python for scripting, automation, or analysis
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and reporting
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
1 + years in Consumer Lending industry is preferred
Experience building and maintain data transformation workflows using DBT preferred
