Primary function candidate manages and maintains high level complaints, regulatory reports, (FDA) investigation procedures; collect data and enter data into system
Training will be 4-6 weeks
Qualification
Required
1 year max of Customer Service experience
Compliant reporting experience
Experience with Class 3 products
B.S is required
Biomedical Engineering, Life Science or closely related discipline or relevant combination of education & experience (Nursing)
Fresh Grads & Associate with 3yr of undergrad will be considered
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel)
Typing skills
Self-sufficient
Preferred
Clinical background experience is a plus (Lab tech, LVN, Nurse, related to health care)
